Customer Support Specialist
- Respond to phone, email, and chat inquiries promptly and professionally
- Update clients on shipment status using our tracking systems
- Coordinate with dispatch and drivers when needed
- Document interactions accurately and follow through to resolution
Requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills, reliable high-speed internet, quiet professional workspace, and a customer-first attitude. Prior customer service experience preferred.
